Next-day collection or delivery is available for confirmed orders before 12PM (urgent fees apply).

 • Outdoor setups may be affected by heat and weather conditions.

 • Additional venue surcharges may apply for selected locations such as MBS, Sentosa, Orchard, CBD areas, hotels, and clubs.

 • Setup timing slots are estimated arrival windows and not exact timings.

 • Please allow at least 45 minutes buffer before your event starts.

 • Booking is only confirmed upon payment.

 • Changes to date, time, or venue should be informed at least 3 days in advance.
